About the Role
We are looking for a Head of Retention to lead retention strategy across a multi-geo iGaming company. The role covers all player segments—VIP and casual—and includes management of Retention, CRM, Customer Support, VIP Support, and the Content team.
Your mission is to build and scale a high-performing retention ecosystem, increase LTV, and enhance the player experience across the entire lifecycle. Crypto experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute retention strategies for multiple geos and player segments (VIP & mass).

Lead and manage the CRM, Customer Support, VIP Support, and Content teams.

Analyze user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and launch retention initiatives.

Create and optimize bonus systems and loyalty programs.

Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Analytics teams.

Develop automation and personalization processes for communication flows.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Retention/CRM/VIP Management within iGaming.

Deep understanding of player lifecycle and retention metrics.

Experience managing multi-geo teams.

Hands-on experience with crypto and payment systems.

Proven success in managing cross-functional teams (CRM, Support, Content).

Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.

English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
