We are seeking an Middle Affiliate Manager to become a part of our team.

Job Description

• Manage and scale a portfolio of affiliate partners, including negotiations and relationship ownership;

• Own campaign setup, launches, and optimization across multiple geos;

• Manage and control affiliate budgets and spend efficiency;

• Monitor traffic quality and analyze campaign performance using a data-driven approach;

• Work with traffic sources, funnels, and buying models to improve efficiency;

• Conduct partner and market research, including participation in industry events.

Qualifications

• English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher;

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing;

• Proven experience managing budgets of $100K+ and working with a large number of partners;

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance (product-oriented approach is a plus);

• Confident user of Excel; experience with Tableau is a strong advantage;

• Solid understanding of traffic sources, funnels, and buying models;

• Ability to conduct market and partner research;

• Experience in the same vertical is not required, but will be considered a plus;

• Experience participating in industry conferences and events.
