We are looking for an Art Director with a strong advertising background to join our team.
Your role will focus on digital-native creativity – crafting visuals and campaign concepts that feel modern, dynamic, and perfectly aligned with how audiences engage on social media.

In this role, you will:

• Develop creative concepts and visual directions for social-first campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, and other digital platforms;
• Lead ideation and produce visual solutions for 360° campaigns, brand storytelling, and content series;
• Create visual assets for social media: key visuals, layouts, moodboards, storyboards, motion references, and direction for short-form video content;
• Collaborate tightly with a copywriter to deliver idea-driven campaigns and cohesive narratives;
• Translate brand strategy into fresh visual communication tailored to platform specifics and audience behavior;
• Supervise production: work with designers, motion artists, video editors, and external creators;
• Ensure consistency of brand identity and high creative standards across all assets;
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute proactive, creative ideas that elevate our social presence;
• Support rebranding, large-scale visual initiatives, and product launches where needed.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Hands-on experience in developing 360° campaigns, crafting high-impact social content, and bringing bold ideas to life from concept to execution;
• 3+ years of experience in advertising, creative agencies, or digital creative teams;
• Portfolio that includes video-based campaigns, 360° advertising, and social media activations;
• Ability to take projects from idea to execution: concepting → visual design → production oversight;
• Strong understanding of social platform mechanics, trends, and visual languages;
• Creative decision-making skills and the ability to justify and defend design choices;
• Strong visual taste, attention to detail, and understanding of modern aesthetics;
• Ability to work quickly, manage multiple tasks, and stay adaptive in a fast-paced environment;
• A proactive mindset, resilience, and the drive to constantly push creative boundaries.

It will be a plus if you have:

• Experience working with big brands, major campaigns, or rebranding projects;
• Motion design or basic video editing skills;
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools (ideation, image generation, references);
• A passion for sports or entertainment content;
• Experience working as part of a classic art director + copywriter creative duo.
