We are looking for Management Accountant to join our team.

In this role, you will:

• Record daily banking transactions for management accounting purposes.

• Maintain equipment accounting, including weekly reconciliation with warehouse system data and updates in 1C.

• Process and close employee expense reports, ensuring proper collection and storage of supporting documentation.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable: record administrative and marketing expenses in 1C, issue B2B invoices, and reconcile balances with partners.

• Perform intercompany and inter-project settlements, including regular reconciliations with partners.

• Accrue and record tax-related expenses.

• Collect, organize, and maintain supporting documentation for all settlements with counterparties in 1C.

• Provide accounting support for Ukrainian individual entrepreneurs (FOP), including tax return filing, invoice preparation, and tax payments.
  

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• 5+ years of accounting background.

• Confident user of 1C accounting software.

• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.

• Background in large companies operating under the general taxation system Experience in statutory reporting and tax filings.

• Work with non-resident companies will be a plus.
