We are looking for a CRM & Retention Manager to join our team.
Job Description:
Build and optimize automated welcome, activation, retention, and reactivation flows to drive player engagement and LTV;
Create personalized CRM campaigns for different player segments: newcomers, active, and dormant users;
Engage players across email, SMS, push notifications, in-app messages, notification center, and sliders;
Segment players based on gaming behavior, preferences, deposits, turnover, and average bet to deliver targeted offers;
Monitor and analyze CRM performance metrics (OR, CTR, Bonus Rate, Activation, Retention, DAU / WAU / MAU) and prepare actionable reports;
Continuously optimize communication chains and promotions based on data insights;
Initiate, launch, and analyze CRM promotions aimed at increasing player activity and retention;
Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Copywriting teams to ensure effective CRM communications.
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Customer.io, Smartico, or similar)
Ability to build and optimize lifecycle communication flows: onboarding, retention, churn prevention, reactivation
Strong understanding of player segmentation (FTD, 2DEP, 3DEP, Pre-VIP, LTV-based)
Practical experience with email, push, and SMS channels, including triggers and frequency control
Solid understanding of bonus mechanics (cashback, reloads, missions, tournaments)
Ability to analyze key CRM metrics (Retention, Churn, ARPU / ATPU)
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (formulas, pivots, cohort analysis)
Good understanding of casino and sportsbook products
Data-driven mindset with ownership for results and the ability to turn insights into actions
