We are looking for a Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team

Job Description:

• Scale FTD and Brand Awareness through systematic influencer marketing across multiple platforms;

• Own the full influencer lifecycle: sourcing, cold outreach, negotiation, launch, and performance control;

• Structure and manage cooperation models (Fixed / CPA / Hybrid) with focus on FTD and ROI;

• Develop integration mechanics and creative formats aligned with player funnel;

• Monitor traffic quality and mitigate risks of low-quality or fraudulent traffic;

• Analyze campaign performance (FTD, CR, Retention, CPA, ROI) and optimize based on data;

• Work with tracking tools to ensure accurate FTD attribution;

• Contribute to influencer strategy and scaling initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in Influencer Marketing within gambling / betting;

• Proven experience in independent sourcing and selection of influencers (Telegram, Instagram), including cold outreach and contact database management;

• Hands-on experience with Fixed + KPI / CPA / Hybrid models; strong understanding of FTD as core metric;

• Experience with tracking platforms (Keitaro preferred): link setup, UTM management, basic postback validation, FTD attribution control;

• Ability to calculate CPA, CR, ROI and make data-driven decisions;

• Understanding of player funnel, UA market specifics, and traffic quality risks;

• Experience in briefing creatives, developing integration mechanics, testing formats; basic Figma skills are a plus;

• Strong understanding of Telegram and Instagram metrics: audience quality assessment, ER analysis, fraud detection, experience with streaming platforms (twitch/kick) is a plus;

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills: formulas, performance tracking tables, basic influencer financial modeling;

• Ukrainian — fluent; English — Intermediate+.
