Our global-scale operations are based on strong internal expertise, analytics, and data research. We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with business goals and market specifics;

• Drive websites to top positions in Google across target GEOs, ensuring long-term ranking stability in competitive and grey niches;

• Create and implement structured content and link-building plans based on data analysis and growth potential;

• Conduct in-depth SERP analysis and competitor research to identify weaknesses, opportunities, and scalable growth points;

• Achieve defined KPIs (traffic, rankings, conversions, revenue-related metrics where applicable) and continuously optimize performance;

• Monitor performance indicators, analyze results, and prepare clear performance reports with actionable insights;

• Plan and optimize SEO budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI;

• Generate, validate, and scale SEO hypotheses; test new traffic acquisition approaches and alternative promotion methods;

• React quickly to search engine updates, algorithm changes, and market volatility, adapting strategy when necessary;

• Collaborate with content, development, and analytics teams to ensure proper implementation of SEO initiatives.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in the gambling industry in a related position;

• Experience working with the European market;

• Proven successful promotion of websites in grey / highly competitive niches within the last 3–6 months;

• Deep understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors;

• Ability to quickly make decisions and adapt websites to search engine changes;

• Strong understanding of website development principles and technical SEO foundations;

• Experience working with filters, manual penalties, and domain bans.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with WordPress (website setup and launch);

• Strong knowledge of technical on-page and off-page SEO;

• Experience creating and assigning tasks for content, development, and analytics teams, with execution control;

• Successful experience in additional GEOs;

• Experience coordinating work between different departments;

• Strong analytical mindset and ability to find root causes;

• Understanding of the price–quality balance in link building and domain purchasing;

• Experience with alternative or grey SEO promotion methods.
