HR Operations & Systems Specialist

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations & Systems Specialist to join our team. This role combines hands-on HR system administration with operational support and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administration of HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS)

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems

• Assist in maintaining and improving HR processes and workflows

• Support and update internal HR policies and documentation in collaboration with the HR team

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR operations

• Provide support with system-related requests, troubleshooting, and improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations / HR Systems / People Ops

• Hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS, and/or LMS platforms

• Experience working in companies with 500+ employees

• Strong understanding of HR processes and data management

• Experience working with Confluence or similar documentation tools

• Experience supporting and maintaining HR policies

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams

Nice to Have

• Experience working with HiBob

• Experience with TeamTailor (ATS)

• Experience using Asana or similar task management tools
