Job Description
Implement and support the full employee lifecycle - from hiring and onboarding to development, engagement, and offboarding;
Serve as the primary HR point of contact for both employees and management within these departments, providing expert guidance and support on HR-related matters;
Implement HR strategies specifically tailored to the needs of assigned departments, aligning them with the company’s overall objectives;
Conduct performance management processes and drive employee development initiatives, ensuring they meet the specific needs of each department;
Partner with managers to support team effectiveness, leadership development, and people-related decision making;
Facilitate positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a healthy and supportive work environment;
Lead initiatives that improve employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction across the assigned teams;
Contribute to strengthening the company’s HR and employer brand by promoting a positive employee experience and supporting people-focused initiatives across the business.
Qualifications
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in roles such as HR Business Partner, People Partner, or HR Generalist, preferably within a rapidly scaling or evolving organization;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels;
A solid understanding of core HR processes, including new hire onboarding, managing the full employee journey, performance review processes, employee engagement initiatives, and HR metrics or reporting;
Experience in advising senior leadership and aligning HR initiatives with business strategy
Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership;
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment typical in the gaming industry;
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive HR decisions and measure impact;
Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian;
English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate level or above.
