Our global-scale operations are based on strong internal expertise, analytics, and data research. We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.

We are looking for a Project Manager who can take full ownership of projects end-to-end and ensure on-time delivery with clear business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Own projects end-to-end, from planning to delivery;

• Manage timelines, priorities, and dependencies across multiple projects;

• Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks;

• Ensure full transparency of project status for all stakeholders;

• Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, CRM, product, etc.);

• Document key decisions, next steps, ownership, and deadlines;

• Oversee critical project phases such as releases, migrations, and integrations;

• Drive projects to completion, ensuring deadlines and expected outcomes are met;

• Contribute to improving internal processes and workflows;

• Identify opportunities for automation and implement simple solutions where applicable.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in iGaming, Fintech, or Crypto;

• Experience managing cross-functional teams;

• Basic technical understanding (APIs, integrations, system architecture) will be a plus;

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;

• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset;

• Ability to work effectively in fast-changing and ambiguous environments.
