Our global-scale operations are based on strong internal expertise, analytics, and data research. We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.

We are looking for a Business Analyst (ERP) who will design and shape financial logic within our ERP systems, ensuring it is correctly translated into technical implementation.

This role combines business analysis, hands-on data work, and system design. You will work closely with real financial data, validate how system logic impacts results, and directly influence the accuracy of reporting and business decisions.

Job Description:

• Translate financial and business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams, ensuring accurate implementation of accounting logic;

• Design and optimize ERP processes, including accounting workflows, reporting structures, and cost allocation models;

• Write and run complex SQL queries to validate data, analyze relationships, and support decision-making;

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy of financial outputs across ERP systems and reporting layers;

• Validate the impact of scripts, automations, and system changes on financial results and accounting entries;

• Collaborate with finance, product, and engineering teams to align business logic with technical implementation;

• Model and document business processes and system logic;

• Quickly adapt solutions to changes in business processes and requirements.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles;

• Experience with ERP or large-scale CRM system architecture;

• Advanced SQL skills (complex queries, JOINs, aggregations);

• Experience with scripting (e.g., Python or advanced Excel/macros);

• Strong experience in process modeling and business analysis;

• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail;

• Ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;

• Strong communication skills and systems thinking;

• Ability to work in a fast-changing environment;

• Proficiency in Ukrainian (written and spoken).
