We are looking for a Tax Lawyer with strong expertise in taxation and a solid legal background.

This role is primarily focused on tax, while also potentially touching upon general legal matters across the business. The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating complex tax structures and providing practical legal support in a dynamic environment.

Main responsibilities:

• Analyze and optimize tax implications, including CIT, WHT, PIT, gambling tax, and indirect taxes;

• Tax structuring of local and cross-border transactions ;

• Collaborate with finance, legal, and regulatory teams to address tax-related matters;

• Manage relationships with external tax and legal advisors, ensuring high-quality support within budget;

• Support tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities;

• Monitor legislative changes in international taxation and assess their practical impact on the business.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a tax advisory role within Big 4 or a reputable law firm;

• Law degree;

• Fluent English (both written and spoken);

• Strong analytical thinking and ability to handle complex tax and legal matters;

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

Will Be a Plus:

• Experience in structuring transactions for companies operating under FSIE and similar regimes;

• Strong understanding of OECD Model Tax Convention commentary and related items.
