We are seeking an ambitious, data-driven leader for the position of Performance Creative Lead. This is a highly strategic role at the intersection of performance marketing, deep analytics, AI/ML technologies, and creative production.
Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work
Creative Optimization & Strategy
Supervise, mentor, and align a cross-functional creative team.
Build a systematic approach to Creative Preference Optimization: from data collection to final decision-making.
Implement structured creative evaluation and benchmarking frameworks.
Form, maintain, and execute a strategic roadmap for the development of internal optimization tools.
Ensure creative strategy alignment across marketing, product, and R&D teams.
Analytics & Decision Making
Identify and monitor core creative quality metrics: CTR, CVR, retention impact, preference scores.
Conduct in-depth analysis of performance data and user behavioral signals.
Interpret A/B test results and make data-backed recommendations for continuous improvement.
Ensure data quality and methodological correctness of all experiments and statistical models.
Collaboration with Creative & Product Teams
Work closely with designers, copywriters, and producers to create high-performing assets that match algorithmic insights.
Translate complex backend analytics into actionable, easy-to-understand creative recommendations.
Coordinate the full optimization lifecycle: "analysis → hypothesis → prototype → test → implementation".
AI, ML & Tech Automation
Manage the implementation of ML solutions for modeling creative preferences (ranking models, embeddings, scoring pipelines).
Monitor the quality and efficiency of automatic creative selection and generation systems.
Initiate the development of internal tools: analytics dashboards, testing automation, content classification, and recommendation algorithms.
Communication & Reporting
Present optimization results, trends, insights, and business impact to management and stakeholders.
Generate high-level reports on optimization effectiveness, impact on core business metrics, and ROI.
Coordinate priorities between teams and actively participate in quarterly OKR planning.
Required Hard Skills & Experience:
Media Buying Background: Deep understanding of how major ad network auctions function (Meta, FB, TikTok, Google) and their internal content optimization algorithms. Proven experience in hands-on user acquisition and managing significant advertising budgets in the past.
Creative Expertise (Design / Production): Solid understanding of composition, visual psychology, consumer behavior, and modern trends in design and video production. Ability to think in global concepts rather than just following basic tasks. Hands-on experience with design/editing tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, etc.) is a massive plus.
Data-Driven Analytics & A/B Testing: Mastery of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, LTV, Retention). Fundamental knowledge of mathematical statistics to ensure correct A/B testing and evaluation of statistical significance.
Experience with AI/ML Tools: Understanding the principles of generative AI networks (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, ChatGPT) to optimize creative workflows, as well as core principles of predictive analytics (how ranking models select and match content for specific audiences).
