We’re looking for someone who will take full ownership of the technical function within our Analytics department — and bring Reporting, Data Tech, and AI to a new level of maturity.

The mission is clear: transform Reporting and Data Tech into a powerful internal platform that helps the entire analytics function work faster, smarter, and more effectively.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗼𝘄𝗻:

▸ Build and scale BI infrastructure from the ground up

▸ Lead and develop teams across Reporting, Data Tech, and AI

▸ Design and implement scalable Data Warehouse architecture

▸ Own ETL/ELT processes and Data Governance frameworks

▸ Drive automation across reporting and data pipelines

▸ Integrate AI/LLM tools to optimize analytical processes

▸ Act as the bridge between technical analytics and business stakeholders

▸ Drive change management and build a culture of data-driven decisions

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴:

▸ 5+ years in BI / Data / Analytics

▸ Proven experience managing BI or Data teams

▸ Hands-on experience building BI functions from scratch

▸ Deep expertise in Data Warehousing and modern BI platforms

▸ SQL at expert level

▸ Strong understanding of ETL/ELT and Reporting infrastructure

▸ Practical experience with AI/LLM for process optimization

▸ Experience in change management

▸ Strong leadership, ownership mindset, and business orientation

▸ iGaming background

▸ Experience in product companies

▸ Experience working with large-scale data volumes

▸ Familiarity with modern AI tools and frameworks
