Our global-scale operations are based on strong internal expertise, analytics, and data research. We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing and Acquiring VIP Clients from external sources.

  • Maintaining Analytics on acquired VIP clients.

  • Ownership of NGR for acquired VIP clients.

  • Building and Developing an Agent and Scout Network for VIP client acquisition.

  • Analyzing Agent and Scout Performance, including the NGR of the acquired client base.

  • Developing, Launching, and Growing a Referral Program for VIP client acquisition.

  • Monitoring Referral Program Effectiveness and NGR analytics for referred clients.

  • Sourcing and Testing New Channels and Mechanics for external VIP acquisition.

  • Scaling Effective Acquisition Channels and Mechanics.

Skills/Knowledge

  • Sourcing and qualifying VIP profiles from external sources

  • OSINT within legal boundaries and data verification

  • Negotiation and relationship management with agents and scouts

  • Understanding of commission models and acquisition cost calculation

  • Assessing acquired client base quality and identifying non-organic traffic

  • NGR analytics and cohort tracking of one's own clients

  • Working with dashboards and data exports, interpreting metric relationships

  • Launching and managing referral mechanics

  • Testing new channels with accurate result measurement
