Responsibilities

  • Developing and Implementing the VIP CRM Strategy at the brand level.

  • Building and Executing a VIP Communications Coverage Plan across key segments and customer scenarios.

  • Overseeing and Developing CRM Journeys across all regions.

  • Regular Tracking of CRM Communication Effectiveness and customer scenario performance.

  • Analyzing Key Metrics together with analysts and aligning results across regions.

  • Identifying Underperforming Journeys and initiating changes to improve their effectiveness.

  • Ensuring a Unified Approach to VIP CRM processes and standards across regions.

  • Sharing Successful Cases and Best Practices between regional teams.

  • Sourcing, Analyzing, and Implementing best market solutions and practices in VIP CRM.

  • Testing and Scaling Effective CRM Mechanics across regions.

  • Coordinating with VIP Operations, Analytics, Product, and Other Teams to deliver CRM initiatives.
