About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead diverse construction and engineering projects - from creative small-scale renovations to complex multi-million-euro initiatives. You will own projects end-to-end, shape technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of construction and engineering projects of various scales, including complex multi-million-euro initiatives, from concept to final delivery.

• Independently manage project scope, budgets, timelines, resources, and execution without day-to-day supervision.

• Act as a general contractor, taking full responsibility for subcontractors, suppliers, and overall project delivery.

• Lead tenders, vendor selection, contract negotiations, and procurement processes.

• Make independent technical and operational decisions, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely execution.

• Anticipate and mitigate project risks, proactively resolving complex engineering and construction challenges.

• Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing resources and business needs.

• Ensure compliance with construction regulations, engineering standards, and safety requirements.

• Drive process improvements, optimize project costs, and introduce effective technical solutions.

• Act as the key decision-maker and point of contact for internal stakeholders, contractors, and external partners.
  

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience independently managing construction, renovation, fit-out, and engineering projects of various scales and budgets.

• Strong engineering or construction background with solid technical expertise.

• Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of projects from planning to successful delivery.

• Hands-on experience managing complex, high-budget projects, contractors, and multiple stakeholders.

• Advanced knowledge of project planning, scheduling (WBS, CPM), budgeting, cost control, and risk management.

• Strong expertise in procurement, tender management, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.

• Solid understanding of construction regulations, engineering standards, and safety requirements.

• Proficiency in MS Project and project management tools such as Asana.

• Excellent decision-making, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Mature, independent, and results-driven professional who can manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
