About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead diverse construction and engineering projects - from creative small-scale renovations to complex multi-million-euro initiatives. You will own projects end-to-end, shape technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple construction, renovation, and engineering projects of different scales, from small creative initiatives to larger projects.

• Coordinate daily project activities, ensuring tasks, deadlines, and deliverables stay on track.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and support budget planning and cost control.

• Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

• Participate in tenders, vendor selection, procurement, and contract negotiations.

• Handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, quickly adapting to changing project requirements.

• Take a hands-on approach to solving operational and technical challenges, proactively finding practical and creative solutions.

• Coordinate with internal teams to gather requirements, clarify priorities, and ensure effective communication.

• Monitor construction quality, engineering standards, and safety compliance.

• Take initiative, learn new technical and project management approaches, and gradually assume ownership of more complex projects.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Practical experience in construction, renovation, fit-out, or engineering project management.

• Engineering, construction, or related technical background with a good understanding of construction processes.

• Good knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.

• Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers, and multiple project stakeholders.

• Basic understanding of procurement, tenders, vendor selection, and cost control.

• Familiarity with MS Project, Asana, or similar project management tools.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Proactive, energetic, and creative mindset with a hands-on approach to challenges.

• High learning agility, curiosity, and willingness to develop new technical and management skills.

• Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and motivation to grow into full project ownership.
