Key Responsibilities

  • Разработка, настройка и запуск promotional, trigger и transactional CRM-коммуникаций.

  • Развитие существующих и поиск новых каналов коммуникации.

  • Сегментация пользователей, работа с когортами и различными аудиториями.

  • Подготовка и запуск CRM-кампаний для VIP-сегмента.

  • Участие в разработке VIP-программы совместно с VIP-командой.

  • Работа с метриками Retention Rate, Reactivation Rate, MAU, DAU, Bonus Rate.

  • Разработка и тестирование новых промомеханик.

  • Анализ эффективности CRM-кампаний и подготовка рекомендаций.

  • Формирование и проверка гипотез для улучшения продуктовых метрик.

  • Автоматизация успешных кампаний и процессов.
